Ruby - Hamilton & Ponsonby Managers Role

We are looking for an experienced store manager for one our Auckland branches and our Hamilton store branch.

You will be required to maximise store profitability to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded and ensure the highest level of customer service is offered at all times.

You must also be able to effectively manage all operational aspects of the store inclusive of store presentation, housekeeping, security, customer loyalty relations, stock management, rostering and provide on going training and coaching for your retail team.

You must also be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge in the fashion and creative industries within New Zealand and internationally as well as show strong creative ability.

The successful candidate for Auckland will be available late February 2012 and Hamilton, late January 2012, and be able to demonstrate the below skills:

Experience as a retail manager in a similar environment

A strong understanding of the importance on building customer relationships and have a real drive to create a strong loyalty database in your area

Experience in building, managing and coaching a team

Self-motivated and goal driven
