Here is the recipe for their green tropical smoothie to keep you hydrated, full of enzymes and your skin looking lustrous.

2 large kale leaves
1 large handful of chopped pineapple, frozen (or add handful of ice if not frozen)
10 mint leaves
Dash of lemon juice
1 cup of coconut water
Optional extra: 10 basil leaves

Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth.
