Please note due to COVID-19 there is the potential for delays with international shipping. While we aim to provide all customers with accurate delivery time frames, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to arrange for your order to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of the delay.

Missing Parcel? Oh no!

• We send all orders via a traceable method with signature required upon delivery.
• Once your order has been picked up by the delivery partner, we are no longer liable for any delays or lost/damaged items.
• If you believe an order has been lost/damaged in transport or not delivered, please lodge a claim with the relevant delivery company. In some cases, the delivery company may ask you to get in touch with the sender as part of the claims process. If this is the case, please contact our online store at online@rubynz.com.

• We can courier to any address including PO boxes
• Signature is required upon delivery.
• Orders are processed from the RUBY online store in Auckland, New Zealand.

Click & Collect

• Click & Collect gives you the flexibility of ordering online and the convenience of being able to pick up your order from your nearest RUBY store.
• Provided that your garment is available at the store you have selected, there is no charge (please see our ‘Click & Collect Availability’ information on each style).
• We will confirm by email as soon as your order is ready for collection, within one to three working days.
• Please bring your order confirmation and photo I.D for collection.

Call & Collect

• Call & Collect allows you to chat with one of our Rubettes on the phone or via FaceTime so that you can get up close and personal with the pieces you’re wanting to purchase and ask any questions that you may have!
• Provided that your garment is available at the store you have rung (please see our ‘Click & Collect Availability’ information on each style) one of our team will be able to help you.
• To see when our team will be available in store for Call & Collect please see opening hours here.
• Our team will be able to process your purchase over the phone and arrange a time for you to collect it or for it to be delivered to you for an extra charge, service dependent.
• You will be sent an email confirming your order.
• Please bring your photo I.D for collection.

Auckland Central Same Day Delivery

• For residents in Auckland central, our online store offers a 3 hour same day delivery service.
• Same day delivery is only available on weekdays and is not available on public holidays. The item/items ordered must be in stock at your local store to be eligible for same day delivery. Use the Click & Collect Availability chart on each product page to check the availability of the item/items.
• The time frame is quoted by our courier company and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Orders need to be placed before 12pm on business days to allow for processing and delivery of your order.
• Please provide a phone number that you can be contacted on within the delivery time frame. If the driver cannot find you they will call you on this number to try and complete the delivery.
• All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. If your order is unable to be delivered, a redirection fee may apply.

• For international orders, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. RUBY is not responsible for custom duty charges.
• Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
