We require your name, email address, phone number and home address for competitions or promotional email sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for a shipping address and payment method details.
You can update, correct or delete your account information at any time by logging into your RUBY account or by emailing online@rubynz.com for support.
What do we do with this information?
Your details will be kept on a private database for RUBY use only. Your information allows us to fulfill your online order and to contact you if necessary in regards to your order.
If you opt into receiving promotional emails from RUBY we will also send you information about new products and special offers.
Opting out of promotional communications:
If you do not wish to be contacted for promotional purposes, we offer a range of ways in which you can update your marketing preferences:
- All promotional emails will contain an unsubscribe link in the email footer
- Contact online@rubynz.com explaining that you would like to unsubscribe from RUBY promotional emails, with "unsubscribe" in the email subject heading
Opting out of all communications:
If you no longer wish to belong to our RUBY database and would like all of your information to be removed from our system, please contact online@rubynz.com. In your email please explain that you would like to be completely removed from the RUBY database and we will deactivate your account.
Payment Information:
To enable Windcave to provide secure payment facilities, Windcave will typically acquire information which may include the cardholder's name, credit card number (with the expiry date) and billing address. Windcave does not collect such information on behalf of RUBY and will only use and disclose such information in accordance with these terms.

guestHQ:
We are asking all customers entering any of our RUBY stores to sign in using guestHQ for contact tracing purposes. We will be sharing this information with the Ministry of Health if required.
Personal information collected on customers checking into guestHQ will only be used for the purpose of contact-tracing for COVID-19 and will not be used for any other purpose.
