All online orders will be dispatched within 72 hours Monday-Friday, excluding 3-Hour / Same Day services. Please take into account that dispatch time frames is in addition to the carrier time frame.
While we aim to provide all customers with accurate delivery time frames, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to arrange for your order to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of the delay.

CLICK + COLLECT
- Click + Collect gives you the flexibility of ordering online and the convenience of being able to pick up your order from your nearest RUBY store.
- Provided that your garment is available at the store you have selected, there is no charge (please see our ‘Find in store’ store availability guide on each style).
- We will confirm by email as soon as your order is ready for collection, within one working day.
- Please bring your order confirmation and photo I.D for collection.
