The locations of our IRL stores are ones where we love to hang out, and our shiny new RUBY HQ is something we are both proud of, and excited to develop.

Each individual person is a constellation of different groups and life experiences. It is our job to attract people who fundamentally believe in, and will contribute meaningfully to, the work that we do, AND to ensure the work environment is one where they thrive, through training, good processes and robust feedback loops.

The dismantling of conscious and unconscious biases is part of our continued work programme, and requires active participation from all team members at all levels. We have, for example, a Salary Matrix which we use to work out what each of our Rubettes are paid. Factors taken into account are the level of responsibility of the role, the nature of the work, the time served at RUBY, and the level of past experience.
