Factors taken into account are the level of responsibility of the role, the nature of the work, the time served at RUBY, and the level of past experience.

We are looking for a part time sales assistant to join our High Street team. Experience in a similar retail environment is preferred but not essential. You will assist the store management team in the daily running of the store and have flexible availability across the week. Weekend work is required for this role.

We’re looking for a Newmarket Assistant Manager who is passionate about creating an environment that is friendly and exciting for all Rubettes as well as committed to meeting revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Applicants must be passionate about giving our Rubettes high quality service as well as being committed to maintaining a smooth-running store, and a highly engaged team. You must have excellent time management skills, great multi-tasking abilities, be driven to meet sales targets and a love for our RUBY and Liam brands. The successful applicant will have 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role or similar. This role has a working week of Sunday – Thursday.To be successful in your application and join the fast paced and vibrant team at RUBY Newmarket you will have the following skills:
- Have at least 1-2 years of Management experience in a similar role.
- Passion for and excellent product knowledge of the RUBY and Liam brands.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Creative flare and style
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and works well under pressure.
- Proactive and ability to take initiative.
- Organised and methodical in your work.
- High level of time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

- Accurate with a high attention to detail.
