We’re looking for a Mount Maunganui Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about creating an environment that is friendly and exciting for all Rubettes as well as committed to meeting revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Applicants must be passionate about giving our Rubettes high quality service as well as being committed to maintaining a smooth-running store, and a highly engaged team. You must have excellent time management skills, great multi-tasking abilities, be driven to meet sales targets and a love for our RUBY and Liam brands. The successful applicant will have 1 year of experience in a similar role. This role has a working week of Sunday – Thursday, 30 hours per week. To be successful in your application and join the fast paced and vibrant team at RUBY you will have the following skills:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for and excellent product knowledge of the RUBY and Liam brands.
- Strong leadership skills
- Creative flare and style
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Communicate feedback regarding sizing, proportions, and construction.
- From time-to-time wash and wear testing samples outside of head office.
Requirements:
- Meets the specified size requirements (within 0-1cm):
- Bust- 86cm
- Cup size- B-D cup
- Waist- 70cm
- Low Hip 98cm (measured at the low hip bone, widest part)
- Height 168-175cm
- Proportional torso + leg lengths
- Comfortable trying on various styles, including lingerie + swimwear occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate constructive feedback.
- Auckland based and reliable.
Availability:
Must be available during office hours (typically between 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday), 1-2 hours per week.
Each fit session lasts on average 1 hour each week and usually happens between Tues-Thurs depending on the sampling schedule and fit model’s availability.
