EXCHANGES + RETURNS

 For in store purchases we have a 7 day exchange/return policy from the time of purchase. Please bring your item back into your nearest RUBY store.

For online purchases you can exchange or return your order up to 7 days after receiving it, either by returning your order to the nearest RUBY store or submitting a return request online. To return your online order via courier, please enter your details in the portal below.

Please note it can take up to 48 working hours for your request to be processed by a member of our team, at which point you will be contacted with further instruction.
