Although we believe our RUBY + Liam pieces are made to be worn and kept forever, we recognise that like everything in this world, you can change, evolve and move on.

We also know that our Rubettes see the importance in circularity and extending the life of their clothing. It makes us so excited that they will have the possibility of shopping for a piece they thought they missed out on, at an even sweeter price.

We believe that a thriving future for our industry exists in a truly circular system. We envisage RUBY to be a place that celebrates both new and second hand clothing. We want 25% of our sales to come from RUBY Says Recycle by 2030 and since the launch of RUBY Says Recycle in 2021, we are well on our way...

Care Guide

To extend the life of this garment, we recommend airing it after use to avoid unnecessary washing. For small stains, spot clean with delicate laundry detergent and leave to air dry. For deeper cleaning, we recommend delicate cold hand or machine wash with similar colours. Do not soak, bleach or tumble dry. Hang to dry in shade. Cool iron on reverse if required. Please allow 3-5% for shrinkage. This garment can also be dry-cleaned.

Custom Sizing

We offer custom sizing in most current styles, should you be after a standard size which is outside the sizes we currently make, or need a style off the rack altered for an access need.

This service is designed to make our size range more inclusive for our Rubettes. If you wish to order a custom size, you will only pay the standard retail price of the piece you are buying as we believe everyone should be able to wear the clothes they love.

We currently do not offer custom sizing in knitwear or denim, as these styles are made offshore and require a higher quantity to be made, nor do we remake sold out styles in standard sizing. Please note that this is subject to fabric availability and this is not a made to measure service.
