To extend the life of this garment, we recommend airing it after use to avoid unnecessary washing. For small stains, spot clean with laundry detergent and leave to air dry. For deeper cleaning, we recommend cold delicate machine wash in a garment bag then air drying in shade on a flat surface. To remove wrinkles and retain the floaty nature of the fabric, we recommend steaming, not pressing. Do not soak, bleach, wring or tumble dry. Allow for 3-5% shrinkage. This garment can also be dry-cleaned.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
BUST
Make sure you are wearing a bra, unless you never wear one. This measurement should be the circumference of the widest point, with the tape going over your nipples
WAIST
This measurement is the narrowest part of your waist. You shouldn’t be able to shimmy it up and down.
HIP
This measurement is the widest part of your bum, not actually where your hip bones are. When you hold the tape measure in a circle, if you shimmy it up and down over your bum it shouldn’t get any bigger. It can be helpful to turn side-on to the mirror when you do this as it’s easier to see the most sticky-outy bit.
LENGTH FROM SHOULDER
This measurement is taken from the top of your shoulder and down over your body. Hold the tape measure at the top most part of one of your shoulders and measure down the front of your body to the given full length measurement.
We offer custom sizing in most current styles, should you be after a standard size which is outside the sizes we currently make, or need a style off the rack altered for an access need.
This service is designed to make our size range more inclusive for our Rubettes. If you wish to order a custom size, you will only pay the standard retail price of the piece you are buying as we believe everyone should be able to wear the clothes they love.
We currently do not offer custom sizing in knitwear or denim, as these styles are made offshore and require a higher quantity to be made, nor do we remake sold out styles in standard sizing. Please note that this is subject to fabric availability and this is not a made to measure service.
The Mirella is my go to work dress, I love it so much to the point where I have 5 different Mirellas in colors and 2 different styles. I always get compliments on it! Plus I can wear a sports bra and shorts underneath and no one ever knows. I can’t recommend this dress enough!
