  • Free shipping on all Australian Orders
  • Items sent for an exchange, will not be eligible for free shipping if outside of the free shipping promotional period. Customers will be sent an invoice to pay for the shipping of the new item. 

 

UBER DIRECT FREE SHIPPING
Valid from 20th September 4.00pm - 5th October 3.00pm. 

  • Minimum order value of $50. 
  • Items in your order must be available in a RUBY store within 10km of your delivery address for Uber Shipping to be an available shipping method.
  • Uber Delivery is available between 9am - 3pm weekdays, and 10am - 3pm weekend days. 
  • Any orders placed outside of this timeframe, will be sent the following day using Uber Delivery. 
  • You must be available at the address at the time of delivery, otherwise the parcel will be left at your delivery address. A picture will be provided by Uber as proof of delivery. 
  • If the item is left at your property, the liability for the parcel becomes that of the customer, from the time the delivery photo is provided from Uber.
  • If the product is unavailable in the required store for any reason, your order will be sent on our standard overnight shipping via courier post.
