We are committed to ensuring both our IRL + digital products and services are accessible.

We offer custom sizing IRL in which we alter something off the rack to accommodate different access needs.

For our digital rubynz.com home, we are continuously improving our customer experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

As part of our digital accessibility journey, the RUBY website was recently reviewed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

We’ve worked with Access Advisors to audit our new site and determine best next steps. All critical issues have been addressed for site launch and from there we have several areas we will work through to resolve.
